These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Phoenix A LLC dba SOS Locksmith services and our website at soslocksmithclt.com. By requesting our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Services

SOS Locksmith provides residential, commercial, and locksmith services in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. All services are performed by licensed technicians under NC Locksmith License #2955.

Service availability depends on technician location and scheduling. We make reasonable efforts to respond promptly but cannot guarantee specific response times for non-emergency calls.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted before work begins. You will be informed of the total cost prior to any service being performed.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved payment methods.
• Commercial clients with standing arrangements may be invoiced on an agreed billing schedule.
• After-hours and emergency service calls may carry an additional fee, which will be disclosed upfront.

Authorization to Perform Work

By requesting locksmith services, you confirm that you are the property owner or have legal authority to authorize work on the property. SOS Locksmith reserves the right to request proof of ownership or occupancy before performing any service.

We will not perform services on property where we have reason to believe the requestor does not have legal authorization.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, provided the concern is related to our workmanship.

Limitation of Liability

SOS Locksmith carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our technicians during service, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage to locks, doors, or hardware; for loss or theft unrelated to our service; or for indirect or consequential damages.

NC Fire Code Compliance

All commercial lock installations performed by SOS Locksmith are carried out in accordance with applicable North Carolina fire code requirements and local building codes. Customers are responsible for informing us of any special compliance requirements for their property.

Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled service at any time before the technician departs for your location. If a technician has already been dispatched, a trip fee may apply.
